When I was first contacted by Carolyn + James to shoot their wedding at The Oaks Waterfont I was excited to be able to document their day for them! They sounded like an amazing couple and I was not disappointed when I met them. The Oaks is such a great venue beacause you feel like your wedding is more of a destination wedding. Your family and friends can stay in the cottages on the property – it feels like a private resort for a few days. I loved Carolyn’s lace gown and she had the prettiest bouquet from Keleidoscope Florals.They had their ceremony out on the lawn and the weather was perfect! Mostly cloudy days are the best as far as lighting – with a bit of sun at the end of the day – This was one of those days. The forcast had been rain so when it was all clear I breathed a sigh of relief! Their images turned out amazing!
