“He looked at her the way all women want to be looked at by a man.” F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby.
I have been trying find the words to describe this wedding that I shot in September of last year. I have come up with amazing, crazy, stunning, emotional, unique, filled with love, one of a kind, just to name a few. I had the unbelievable opportunity when asked by a good friend, the groom’s father, to photograph Adam + Faye’s wedding on Peak’s Island, off the coast of Maine near Portland. I was floored that he asked me and was so honored. I knew this wedding was going to be a stunner – not only are the both of them gorgeous, they are also so incredibly in love you can’t take a bad picture of them when they are together. I also had the added bonus of being able to party like I have for no other wedding, like ever. My sister came with me which was another added bonus – so she got to party with me too! We took way too many images – but that was to be expected. We went to one of the groom’s favorite places on the island, Battery Steele to do all the bridal party pictures and the shots of Adam + Faye. It was an old bunker that had been abandoned and had tons of graffiti and lots of overgrown greenery – I was in heaven! We had an all star vendor list – all them amazing and good partyers as well. One more thing that made this one of the best weddings ever was the food – we all got to eat Lobster! Congrats to Adam + Faye and thanks to Gary + Renee for letting myself and my sister be a part of one of my favorite weekends ever. Love you guys….

BobGood thing we don’t need ANY words to describe this wedding, the couple , the weekend, the family, the vendors and certainly the photographers.
